SJC Energy Assessors provide Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties in the Kent area and are fully accredited and a member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors.

If you are selling or renting your house or flat Government legislation means you will almost certainly need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and in the case of selling a property, a Home Information Pack (HIP).

SJC Energy Assessors are able to provide the required Energy Performance Certificate using trained and qualified staff and conforming to all latest Goverment requirements.

To produce the certificate the inspector will measure the overall dimensions of your house or flat, he will need access to all rooms to examine the windows, boiler, heating appliances, electric and gas meters and the loft or cellar space. All give vital indications to ascertain how well your house is performing and how much money you may be wasting.
